How to ensure the poor don’t pay for Covid-19

The UN Special Rapporteur participated in the European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN)’s annual policy conference on July 14. His intervention dealt with some of the challenges countries face in light of the COVID-19 economic crisis, such as the problem of non-take-up of rights and the need for people in poverty to participate in the design and assessment of programs.
